Parking Information
Information on parking for the public is available here.
Engineering guest parking is available in one of the following lots (by invitation / advance reservations only):
Directions to Le Grand Parking Lot
(Map for: Le Grand Parking)
- Take Lake Road north towards UC Merced
- Campus will be on your right. (Note: Scholars Lane is closed to public traffic)
- Turn right onto Rancher’s Road (which is the next road after you pass the school’s main entrance on Scholar’s Lane)
- Rancher’s Road will fork into Rancher’s Road (on left) and Shaver Lake Road (straight ahead)
- Turn left to continue on Rancher’s Road and continue until it turns (right) into Ansel Adams Road
- Turn left at Mineral King Road
- Turn left at Le Grand Parking Lot (Reserved Guest Parking is assigned in a designated area near entry to the lot).
Directions to North Bowl Parking Lot
(Map for: North Bowl Parking)
- Follow the directions for Le Grand Lot above
- After turning left at Mineral King Road, continue straight on Mineral King
- North Bowl lot will be straight ahead on the right
Directions to Library Parking Lot
(Map for: Library Lot)
- Take Lake Road north towards UC Merced
- Campus will be on your right. (Note: Scholars Lane is closed to public traffic)
- Enter the campus on Ranchers Road
- Continue on Ranchers Road passing the Rec Center on your right
- After the lower level parking, turn right on Shaver Lake Road
- Make another quick right heading to the Library and to the upper Library Lot A
- Park in the upper Library Lot A
- Reserved Guest Parking is located directly in front of the Kolligian Library and Student Services.
Directions to Bellevue Parking Lot
(Map for: Bellevue Lot)
- Take Lake Road north towards UC Merced
- Turn right on Bellevue Road (located just before Scholar's Lane)
- Follow road into parking entrance
