Welcome & Overview

Please complete and submit the following Website Form to help us get your information on to the UC Merced Campus Gateway and Engineering sites. 

You can also use the form below to request any updates to your website and where the changes are being requested.

Profile Sites

Your profile will be featured on the following sites:

  1. UC Merced Campus Directory (https://www.ucmerced.edu/faculty-directory) | You can make your own edits on selected fields by signing in with your UC IDM | Contact: Office of Information Technology 
  2. School of Engineering Site (https://engineering.ucmerced.edu/faculty) | Contact: engineering@ucmerced.edu
  3. Affiliated Graduate Program or Department site*: (BIOE*, MBSEES, EECSME*, MIST) | Contact: bortiz@ucmerced.edu
  4. Afflicate Centers / Institutes (i.e. CITRIS, CCBM, MACE, HSRI, SNRI) - please reach out to you respective center/institute staff contact

    2. Option 2: If you already have a website, click here to request a UC Merced domain to point to your site.
    3. Option 3: Drupal - If you are looking to develop an entire website or to migrate information from another website to the campus standard (Drupal), visit the campus marketing team's Website Project Request.

Profile Site Content

Information which will feature on your UCM Main Directory and School of Engineering Faculty Directory profile include:

  1. Photo
  2. Name
  3. Title

  6. Office and Lab Location
  7. Department
  8. Graduate Group Affiliation (this information will be updated when confirmed)
  9. Education - faculty provide via form below
  10. Lab Website - faculty provide via form below
  11. Social Media - faculty provide via form below
  12. Research Interest - faculty provide via form below
  13. CV - optional

Photo

You can upload a photo for your profile via the Website Form below.  If you take a photo via our campus photographer, your photo will be relayed directly for uploading.

An updated headshot can be requested at a future scheduled time with our Campus Photographer, Veronica Adrover:

  • To Request this Photo Session: Headshot Photo Request 
  • Periodic scheduled photo sessions (usually monthly during the academic year) will be communicated via email.

5. Site You Are Requesting Updates. Select the site(s) that you wish to request updates (select as many as apply). If you also select "other", please specify the website URL. Note that profiles on the UC Merced Gateway Site (https://directory.ucmerced.edu) are system generated. There are fields (such as photo uploads) that faculty/staff can self edit by entering their UC IDM.
The uploaded photo should be high resolution (300dpi jpg), ideally 3MB or greater. If you would like to have an updated profile photo taken by the campus photographer, please see above link to the Photo Request Form.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png.
The default style has been noted for your easy reference -- override any text that is not applicable. Note N/A if you are not requesting changes to this section.
