Advisory Bio: 
Noah Goldstein is currently the Research Director at Navigant Research. Previously he served as Scientific Lead for Sustainability at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where he led the Livermore Energy Systems Informatics Capability, and numerous sustainability initiatives for the facility. Noah’s research focuses on energy systems informatics, building energy efficiency, the Energy‐Water Nexus, spatial energy demand modeling, and quantifying sustainability measures in the built environment. Noah has also worked in the sustainable building field, focusing on building energy simulation and green building rating systems. He has published over 10 peer‐reviewed articles on energy informatics, zero‐net energy buildings, and simulations of human and natural systems. Noah earned a degree in Biology from UC Santa Cruz and an MA and PhD in Geography from UC Santa Barbara, and is a LEED AP.
