Mr. Kadur is an accomplished leader with a track record of managing mega projects,, including teams from multiple disciplines, business units, and organizations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and held senior positions like Project Director, MIS Director/IT Director, and head of computer department. He has led some of the workstreams (sub-projects/components) as a Project Director/Program Manager/Senior Project Manager ($200 + Million): Data Cleansing /Data Conversion, Interfaces, Testing, Organization Change Management, Training, and planning for the Project, including across different business units. Involved in process re-engineering, systems analysis, design, development, installation, and implementation of I.T. systems using various hardware and software technologies, including the development of a new system, COTS, MOTS configurations, SaaS solutions, and project management methodologies like waterfall, Agile/Scrum. He has conducted Project Management training sessions for executives. He successfully got accreditation for the bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science. He has a Bachelor of Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), PgMP, PMI –A.C.P. Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), a Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) certificate, and ITIL. Successfully implemented a Statewide SaaS solution within budget and ahead of schedule.
