Advisory Bio:
Dr. Richard Corsi is Distinguished Professor and Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of California, Davis. Over his career his team has researched indoor pollutant sources, physical and chemical interactions of pollutants with indoor materials, and innovative indoor pollutant control technologies. He was honored as an endowed research chair and member of the Academy of Distinguished Teachers at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Corsi is associated with a cost-accessible and highly effective DIY air cleaner, the Corsi-Rosenthal Box, and recently chaired a National Academies consensus report on Health Risks of Indoor Exposure to Fine Particulate Matter and Practical Mitigation Solutions. He has been honored as a Distinguished Alumnus of Cal Poly Humboldt and Distinguished Engineering Alumnus by the College of Engineering at UC Davis.
