Advisory Bio: 
Kirk Johnson is vice president of Gas Transmission Maintenance and Construction for Pacific Gas and Electric Company. He is responsible for the gas transmission function for PG&E's entire service territory and manages responsibilities such as execution of the Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan, hydrostatic testing and natural gas pipeline services. Johnson started with PG&E in 1980 and has held leadership roles within Gas System Operations, Gas Transmission Products and Sales, Gas Maintenance and Technical Support, and Maintenance and Construction. Most recently, Johnson acted as vice president, Gas Engineering and Operations, Continuous Improvement Initiatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Davis and a master's degree in business administration from California State University, Hayward.
