Mr. Lee is a professional civil engineer with over 40 years of experience both domestically and internationally. Mr. Lee serves as a Vice-President of Civil Engineering at AECOM, an engineering consulting firm of over 60,000 professionals. During his professional career, Mr. Lee has extensive experience in program management, project management, risk management, and quality assurance. Mr. Lee has managed and engineered major capital improvement projects including water/wastewater conveyance, water resources, ports and marinas and utility infrastructure, Department of Defense, commercial and industrial ventures, hotels, and major recreational facilities such as golf course resorts, regional parks and sports facilities. Mr. Lee enjoys mentoring our future civil engineering professionals. He is a registered civil engineer in California and Nevada and holds a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification
